Retrofit up to a 125 watt HID lamp fixture with these smart and selectable LED corn cobs from RAB Lighting. RAB’s field adjustable series are wattage and color temperature selectable. Selectable wattage allows you to toggle between three different lumen outputs. Adjusting illumination can allow for installation flexibility, and gives you the option to maximize energy savings or light output. Field-adjustable CCT offers three color temperatures to choose from, giving you the flexibility and control you need in the field both during and after installation. Thermal management is key to extending the life – and thus savings of these lights. RAB’s corn cobs have automated thermal management to reduce their rated down to 70% if the ambient temperature exceeds 110°F and to 50% if they exceed 120°F. Thus, these lamps are rated with 50,000 hour lifespan. That’s 13 years if operated 10 hours daily!
