Light Laser Cut Wood Shape . ITEM DETAILS: **** Sizes are measured from the longest dimension.
**** Sizes 1" and Under come in sets of 2 per quantity ordered.
Please note that 1" sizes are smaller. They can be thinner and more fragile.
**** We use only Birch Ply
. This is brilliant smooth wood. We do not use MDF or other wood sheeting like Bamboo. **** Wood Thickness
: We offer wood in 4 different thickness.
1/8" This is the standard size (.125"). We do not offer this for cutouts greater than 14" as it will have some flex.
1/4" - This is a thicker wood (.25"). It is less flexible
3/8" - This is .375" thick. It is very strong.
1/2" - This is the thickest wood we offer and can be cut by a laser.
**** Finishing
: This can be painted, stained, or other finish work applied.
**** This is laser cut wood!
This means we use a laser beam to cut the wood. This will cause the edges to have some charring/browning. This is normal part of the cutting process.
**** Need a hole cut for hanging
? No problem. Just send a note to us at checkout. Standard hole size is .1". On 1" items, we will do a .05" hole.
