Keystone Technologies Direct Drive eliminates the need for an external driver or ballast.  For new construction installations, simply connect the 120-277V line voltage directly to all sockets on a single end of the light fixture.  For retrofit installations, bypass the existing ballast by cutting the wires and instead connect the 120-277V line voltage directly to the sockets on a single end of the light fixture.  No ballast or driver is required.  Must use non-shunted lamp holders.  DLC 4.0
