There are two different reflectors, old style and new style with different size ---- READ ON for explanation . this description is copyrighted. Broan NuTone S97014212 Reflector & Black Light Bulb Socket for HB80RL 763N 678 679 680 , measuring 8"x7" so your old reflector or grill opening should measure the same.  (if you have your old one, check it measures the same!) If your old reflector measures 7.75” x 5” (narrow rectangular opening) , you have the old style grill (and lens with grill recess 8.25”x5.5”), which tended to yellow easily. For this reflector to work, y ou will need to upgrade your grill/lens to the matching newer style to use with this new style reflector, which you can find at ebay item # 163043422229 or # 252771129090 (paste into ebay search box). New, never installed (no nut markings at mounting hole as you can see in the pics) Also works for 679L 679FL 679FLT 683L 707 763 680 680FL 680FLT HD50L HD50LNT HD80L HD80LNT plus others.... Beware , only the black bulb socket reflector is part # S97014212. Others are selling the white socket reflector part # S1019B000 for 769RL and similar claiming it is the S97014212...... -dave
