Antique Chinese/Japanese Painted Milk Glass Paper Lantern Christmas Light Bulb USED AS AN ORNAMENT!  Upon performing a simple battery test, the bulb does not light up.  We've used it as an ornament for a number of years along with others we'll be listing soon. If for some reason there's an issue with your purchase,  please contact me via Ebay messaging to tell us what's wrong, and we will figure out a resolution.  In the case of a return, the item MUST be sent within 30 days from the date tracking info shows it was delivered for a full refund MINUS ANY SHIPPING COSTS.  All shipping costs will be the buyers' responsibility.  Please retain the original shipping label for return address information. Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
