A: Should be installed vertical, and the diodes are at 9 and 3 o'clock  position. (about 9007/H4/H13 hi-lo beam led bulbs,the high beam is at the  bottom,the low beam is at the top) Each car's headlamp reflector is different ,so for some  vehicle,9004/9007/H4/H13 led bulbs will need adjust the angle to get the good pattern. first let the headlight shines toward the wall,remove the  screws from the bracket and install the led bulbs into the headlight  housing and turn the bulb slowly to find the best pattern,then twist  back the screws of LED bulb's bracket to fix.Sometimes after finding the  best angle,maybe you will need to drill a new hole manually to fix. Q3:After installing, why neither side led bulbs turn on or lighting up?  or both sides led bulbs are flickering ? or have error code on car  computer? A: (1)First, Polarity Problem. unlike halogen bulbs, LED are polarity sensitive.Different car  manufactures have different polarity setup,if led bullbs don't turn on or  lighting up, Pls check for a polarity mismatch,disconnect the bulb and flip the  socket in order to reverse the polarity to install. (2)Second, Compatible Problem(Voltage Problem). the vehicle's computer system is sensitive to the led headlight  bulb (the power of the led headlight bulb is lower than the halogen ones). Therefore,it may be occur compatible problem (flickering,error code,radio interference,headlamp fog light interference,high beam and low beam interference,etc) , after replacing the  led headlight on some vehicle,e.g. Audi, Mercedes, Ford, Volkswagen,  Volvo, Jeep Dodge and Ram etc, then will need to add resistor/decoders to solve these compatible problems.
