Disconnecting the ballast.
Connecting input power of 110-277 volts AC to one lamp holder socket.
Now move to the other end of the fixture and connect the last fluorescent lamp holder socket to neutral.
The LED's are configured for the highest efficiency so they are not dimmable and the cover over the LED's is frosted for reduced glare.
Each 4 foot long tube uses about 18 watts of power and produces about 1600LM.
The blue color provides a daylight white output with a 6000K color temperature.
