Two vintage Noma strands. Both have paper hang tags still attached. One strand has eight sockets and does not work. I have checked all the bulbs in it and all the bulbs worked in other strands. SO selling it "as is". The other strand has nine sockets. Looks like someone either added on another socket or repaired one. This strand does light and all bulbs work, however, it does flicker when you move the strand around. SO IT PROBABLE HAS A SHORT SOMEWHERE. Selling this "as is", for repair or parts. Plugs look good. As with all vintage electronics we strongly recommend that you have these items inspected by a certified electrician before using them.
